These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by Estate Prep Inc ("Estate Prep Inc," "we," "us," or "our"), including the brands Redding Trust & Insurance Co., Roseville Trust & Estate Planning, and SimpleDeeds. By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms.
Not a law firm. Estate Prep Inc is a registered California legal document preparation service. We are not attorneys, we cannot represent you in court, and we cannot give you legal advice or select legal documents for you. We provide self-help services only at your specific direction. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
Our services
We prepare legal documents — such as living trusts, wills, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, and property deeds — at your direction, and where applicable record those documents with the appropriate county. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the decisions reflected in your documents.
Fees & payment
Fees are described at the time of service and are due as stated in your engagement or at checkout. Government recording fees and taxes, where applicable, may be in addition to our preparation fees and will be disclosed to you.
Communications consent
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or matter. Text-message marketing is optional and requires your separate, affirmative opt-in; it is never required to purchase any service. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our websites and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because we do not provide legal advice, we are not responsible for the legal sufficiency of the choices you direct us to implement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estate Prep Inc's total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of our websites are owned by Estate Prep Inc and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
